1 Sauvignon Blanc Chante d’Or, Vin de Pays d’Oc, France.Pale yellow colour with green hints, this white wine expresses some fresh and complex notes of gunflint and citrus fruits. Crisp and elegant on the palate.

2 Pinot Grigio ‘Organic’ Boira, Veneto, Italy. A top quality wine made from low yielding organic vineyards which contribute intensity and ripeness. Floral aromas of acacia and honeysuckle with white peach flavours and a fresh lemony finish.

3 Sauvignon Blanc Chile. Pale green, highly aromatic wine with strong notes of citrus fruits and flowers together with subtle yet pleasant touches of fresh grass and ripe pinapples. To the palate it is fresh and crisp with a long and pleasant finish.

4 Rio Pajaros Viognier Pisano Family Vineyard, Progresso, Uruguay. Aromatic and fruity with generous flowery aromas from apples and pears. Reminiscence of figs and citrus on the palate, balanced by delicious acidity and a long finish.

5 Insolia Chardonnay ‘di Sicilia’ Il Paradosso, Sicily, Italy. A blend of the Inzolia grape combined with the international favourite Chardonnay to produce a dry white with scents of apricot and honey on the nose, yet surprising on the finish with strong exotic fruity overtones.

6 Chenin Blanc Laibach, Stellenbosch, South Africa. A clean, mid-bodied fresh white wine with hints of pear and honey aromas. Rounded and supple on the palate and has a very subtle touch of sweetness with a crisp, zesty finish. This wine is made in a light elegant style

7 Sauvignon Blanc Wairau River, Marlborough, New Zealand. Classic expression of the dry, gooseberry, grass and passion fruit style of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Clean and crisp it is bursting with minerality and white stone fruit flavours.Expressive on the palate, finishing with great length

8 Macon Blanc Villages Caves de Lugny, France. State of the art temperature control & vinification facilities have enabled the winemakers at Cave de Lugny to capture the crisp Chardonnay flavours & ripe fruit from this southern Burgundy. Aged in stainless steel with no oaking to mask the delicious clean fruit.

9 Fume Blanc De Wetshof Estate, Robertson, South Africa. Matured for two months on the lees to give an aromatic yet robust, fruity and complex wine. It is a classic aromatic Sauvignon with notes of asparagus and greengage and lime on the finish.

10 Riesling Icely Road, Orange, New South Wales, Australia. The fruit is handpicked from a single block on the Mayfield estate, gently pressed to obtain the best free run juice. Attractively aromatic on the palate, with a delicate mix of lemon, lime and orange blossom.

11 Godello Casal Novo, Valdeorras, Galcia, Spain. A seductive floral aroma that includes apple, pear, pineapple and a hint of hazelnut. Intense minerality, it is well balanced with good length and crisp acidity, yet delicate. It has a nice long soft finish and a great mouthfeel.

12 Sancerre Domaine Morin, France. A classic Sancerre with a lovely grassy aroma and well balanced ripe flavours. Whilst exhuberant with citrus flavours there is excellent balance and full sweet fruit on the palate.

13 Chablis Domaine Gautheron, France. A traditional Chablis with fresh, floral aromas, appely fruit and a complex, rich mineral chatacter. Fermentation and maturation is traditional, avoiding wood to preserve the fresh steely flavours.
