Chef de partie x 2 & Breakfast Chef

With the busy summer season on the horizon, we’re looking to increase our kitchen team with 3 new positions.

Working under Head Chef Karl Wiggins, these roles are all about delivering quality food and growing the reputation of the restaurant.


First and foremast, all kitchen staff must be love food and creating stunning dishes. In addition, all staff must have the following attributes:

  • Exceptional team player
  • Reliable and hard working
  • Punctual and motivated
  • Calm under pressure

Experience and Qualifications:

  • (Essential) Experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
  • (Desired) A culinary qualification in the form of a diploma, BTEC, degree or similar
  • (Desired) Experience with fish, pastry and/or butchery

Our kitchen has a strong emphasis on fish dishes as well as using local produce as much as possible. All members of the culinary team are tasked with contributing ideas and developing dishes that can be added to our Specials and/or Main Menu.

Salary: DOE

All roles are full time, permanent.
