Chef (of all abilities) – Working under Head Chef Karl Wiggins, these roles are all about delivering quality food and growing the reputation of the restaurant.

All kitchen staff must be love food and creating stunning dishes. In addition, all staff must have the following attributes:

  • Punctual and motivated
  • Calm under pressure

Experience and Qualifications:

  • (Essential) A passion for producing great food!
  • (Desired) Experience in a busy restaurant kitchen
  • (Desired) A culinary qualification in the form of a diploma, BTEC, degree or similar
  • (Desired) Experience with fish, pastry and/or butchery

Our kitchen has a strong emphasis on fish dishes as well as using local produce as much as possible. All members of the culinary team are tasked with contributing ideas and developing dishes that can be added to our Specials and/or Main Menu.

Bar Supervisor – We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to drive our beverage sales and create a cocktail menu to match our breath-taking views.

We are looking for someone with energy and passion to join our fast paced team and to take overall responsibility for our bar. You will be working closely with our management team to maintain and drive our product and reputation. If you have leadership experience, thirst for success and a love for cocktails, then we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

  • To be overall responsible for the whole departmental operation including menus, stock management and staff management
  • To carry out induction training for new staff members and ongoing training to colleagues
  • To teach staff the proper use and care of all bar areas and equipment
  • To direct and assist bar staff in their duties
  • To supervise staff so that the best attention is given to guests at all times
  • To help establish a happy working atmosphere within the bar.

Successful candidates would be required to work to a rota which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

If yes, then join our Front Of House team!

We have full time and part time roles available working in the bar & restaurant. Staff work shifts normally 7-8hours, morning or evening. As we are recruiting for multiple members of staff, we will do our best to accommodate any rota requests you have.

Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
