James Dorey our new head Chef who joined us in May is creating an even greater reputation for this small local restaurant.
James’s ‘Passion’ for cooking has been with him since his early teens. With offers from various Universities, James chose to follow his overwhelming passion for cooking!
This is clearly shown in the menu’s and dishes he is creating on a daily basis now at the Haven. He prides himself on sourcing, and using the best local and English products he can find.
